  I uploaded one picture on May 23, 2012 that I need reproduced as an 8x10. When I went to pick it up, there was something wrong with the "machine" and the print wasn't ready upon my arivail. I was sent an email prior to my attempting to pick it up at the store so, I know that accidents can happen. I needed the print the next day so I asked the sales associate if I could be issued a refund since I had already paid online for the print. She explained to me that she did not know how to complete the task I requested and instructed to me to come back at a later time. I went back to this same Wal-Mart on May 30, 2012 to simply pick up the photo. Instead of going through the "hassle" of attempting to get a refund this time. There was no one working the photo area. I walked over to the employee working the electronics kiosk and she simply told me that "it would be a while." I walked back over to the photo counter and waited for at least 20 minutes with no one coming to the photo center to help me or the other customers there. Do not go the One-Hour Photo Center at the WalMart in Hueytown, Alabama.
