  Awesome people! They gave us contact information for an electrician they work with and recommended. She (the electrician) came out, looked, told us our problem, and price. She returned the next morning, ran a new 220 plug, charged us fairly and exactly as she had advised, and even looked at the stove. She told us the problem there, we called Kens back with her help to tell them what was needed. Ms. Ellen was gone in an hour with a job well done, and as professional as you get. A few hours later Kens appliance was here with the part. They were here 10 minutes; and had my stove fixed, put back and time set. I payed them a very reasonable and fair price, and they departed. Very happy customers and would recommend them to anyone wanting honest, caring and straight forward customer satisfaction! Thank you Kens Appliance and Ms. Ellen
